nicean10,
If you are using Windows XP when you connect your player using the USB cord the driver should install automatically and then the player will appear as a removable storage device in Explorer. If you are using Windows98 or ME there should be a driver on the CD that came with your player.

nicean10,

Some questions for you:

* What operating system do you have?

* What happens when you plug your player using the USB cable into your computer? Does Windows detect it or nothing happens?

* Like Guest said, if you have Windows 2000 or XP, it will find it automatically and show up as an extra drive in Windows Explorer. Otherwise if you have Windows ME or 98, you will need drivers.

All drivers for Win 98 and Win ME can be downloaded from our [Downloads] --> [Tools] --> [Drivers/Codecs] section on the left hand side menu bar. Or by click here.

Look forward to hearing from you.

nicean10, Try connecting to the internet then plugging your player into a different USB port, if windows can not find the driver on your PC it will search for it on the net.
