Only certain lyrics are displaying

Hi!!!
My first post in this forum!! I have just bought a MP4 player 2 days ago, and I'm already having problems with it.

The thing is that for some reason ther are certain lyrics that won't display on the player. I have downloaded all the lyrics using the minilyrics plugin for media monkey, for some reason a lot of them work in the player, but there are others that just don't, I have checked and compared one that works and other one that doesn't and for me they are just the same, I've also checked that they are saved with ANSI encoding with notepad++.

Here are the links of the lyrics I have compared:

THis is the one that works

This is the one that doesn't

Ok That's all

And you are certain the names of the .LRC files are EXACTLY the same as the corresponding music files except for the ending: .MP3 or .WMA ?

Unfortunetly, yes. Even though minilyrics names the lyrics file with the exact same name of the song I double checked manually, and still nothing.

I'm starting to thing that maybe special or weird characters like & or something can't be read by the player

Here are some things to try:

1. Keep things simple, rename your MP3 song and .LRC file to just "1.mp3" and "1.lrc" instead. This will void out possiblity of problem with the naming of the .lrc file.

2. I have had a similar problem as yours. What I found was my player could NOT display lyrices unless the MP3 songs was at 128Kbs. Any other bitrate, it will not show the lyrics!!! Try converting your MP3 songs to 128kps instead and see if that helps solve the problem.

3. To make sure it's NOT the MP3 song, get an MP3 and .lrc file that can be displayed together. Now rename that .lrc file to the name of another MP3 song. Tell me if it then displays that lyric file.

4. now, do the opposite of Step #3 above. Get an MP3 and .lrc file that can be displayed together. Now rename that .MP3 file to the name of another .lrc file (that can't be displayed). Tell me if it then displays that lyric file.
