Bopo, If you have modified the firmware by swapping files from one which has file browsing the reason you are having this problem is because the layout format if the two firmwares is different. I do not know of any way you could fix this without rerwriting the code within the file swapped to match your player.

Bopo

Do you have a backup of your ORIGINAL firmware?

If you have the original, try reloading the original and see what happens?

Yeh, it looks like it's just too big to display on your player.

Good idea though trying to get the file browsing feature.

How did you do it?
Did you use someone else's firmware or did you take parts from that firmware and put it into your player's firmware? Would be very interested to know how you did it.

Bopo, There is no way to change the resolution, you may have better luck using 2 firmware with the same screen size. I have tried this myself a few times but have yet to manage to have the file browsing work properly when adding it to another firmware.

Ok, at least we know then it's the modified software that's causing it.

It just looks like your screen isn't big enough to take the display so I'm thinking the firmware is designed for 1.8" screens and you have a 1.5" LCD screen instead? Maybe I'm wrong as I'm only guessing by looking at the photos.......

So tell me more about how you go the UI30, aps and dsp???
