Need Help My menu for THAI language is ERROR
 

my player is SC85051F firmware 3.5.35 2006/04/25

That has unusual highlight on my thai menu. Only thai menu that's problem occured.

what caused the problem and how can it be solved..

job, that is very strange, I have never seen this before. You could try to extract the firmware from the bad player, repair it and then load it back on, this sometimes fixes small problems like this.
To extract your firmware you need s1fwx HERE and there is a guide how to do this HERE .
If that does not work looking at the two versions on the two players you might be able to extract the firmware from the good player and load it to th bad one.

Actually i bought 5 pieces of this MP4 player and they all have these same weird problems.Therefore i assume that all of the MP4 player i have are the BAD player one. By the way,does any one have the GOOD firmware version of SC85051F firmware 3.5.35 2006/04/25?

Mr.tadad1,As seen from the pictures in row2.the right hand side represents the bad one,whereas the left handside represents the better one. However,these 2 mp4 players use the different versions of firmware. the good one is "SC85051C" and the bad one version is "SC85051F"--I did try using the "SC85051C"version into the bad mp4 one and it's invalid(no response at all). In other word,i can't put the firmware of the right hand side mp4 into the left one.

job, oh I see. The dump off the good player has it been repaired? There are quite a few with the lotus flower theme in the Download>Firmware section but some unfortunatly do not state there version number.
I would say the error is a bit of sloppy coding in the firmware somewhere. Sorry I could not offer a solution. :(
