Soyu MP4 problem

Hi
I bought a soyu mp4 player S-10 from Singapore.First it was working fine but now I can`t delete or add any files to it.When I delete or add any file the computer says that it is deleted/added but when I disconnect it from the computer the files are still over there and also the files which i add are not there.Please help me my email is ashwin007@gmail.com
