Default How to format iPod nano clone in FAT


I canīt format my iPod clone to FAT but I can format it to FAT32 with Window Explorer. Only option in Explorer is FAT32, canīt change.

MP3 Player utilities 4.00 says Not supporting this type of disk.

How to format FAT?

Data of my iPod nano clone:

iPod clone 4GB MP4/AMV/REC/FM (actually 1GB)

Board revision as printed on PCB:
MP-693C-SL Main V1.3 2005.12.14

Chips:
ATJ2085W and
Hynix HY27UF081G2M

Filmware that i had:
SC85051C 2006/03/29 ACT_V3.5.35

LCD still blue :evil:

Prospector, You could try using the Hp Format Tool HERE . Others have found it sometimes works when all else fails.

Hey , I tried this and it failed. What should I do? Please help. I cannot even format my MP4 nano clone. it is meant to be 4GB but i doubt it. I cant even put any songs on it as i cant format!!
