want to format my MP4

hi ...
michael here .
if u know something about MP4 players , u can help me .
actually i have MP4 player version :--ACTS16d_13 and WS-3.2.13
and i want to format this . can u please help me how and from where to do that , and alaso i m unable to load mpeg and video songs in it . plz help me how to d tha.?
