FM Radio on my MP4 Player

Hi guys,

Each time I try to use the FM feature on my MP4 player, it gives error. How can I make it work?

Do I need a software to make it work? There is no FM folder in the flash drive, do I need to create one?

All other features are working properly except the FM radio.

Do you know if yours comes with FM tuner?

To have FM, it needs to have a physically FM tuner chip installed in the player. Generally it's not a firmware or anything you can 'change' to bring this feature up.

If your player didn't come with a FM tuner chip, then it can't player it.

Can you check from the person who you bought it from?
