Problems with Mp3 Player Utilities 3.68
 

I have installed Mp3 Player Utilities 3.68, but the AMV converter will not run. I click on it, and the hourglass symbol flashes for a second then disappears. There is no error message. I am running XP SP2. Any suggestions?

Try uninstalling it.
Then create a new user account with admin rights. Log in as that NEW user, then install it (make sure you put the tick for "all everyone to use").

After that install, log back in as yourself and see if it runs now.

Every so often, the Convert Tool doesn't open properly on some machines.

Try that and let me know.

Tryed what you suggested, but the same thing happens. Could it be a software conflict?

elDiablo, have you tried other versions of the utilities?
If you have a 1.5 lcd versions 4.00 and 4.03 will do the same as 3.68. For 1.8 LCD versions 4.00 or 3.57.
