(Solved) Getting started with an ipod Chinese clone!
Hi everyone and help please.
I bought what I thought was an Apple Ipod 2.0GB nano from ebay and I am now the proud owner of a Chinese clone! I have had most of my money refunded and would now like to try and use the player. The problems are that the user manual is all in Chinese and the software disc does not 'auto run'. It has quite a lot of files on the software disc and I don't know which ones to load onto my PC or even how to! The player has a click wheel arrangement with Menu at the top and A-B/REC at the bottom and charges from a USB cable that slots into a mains charger. I have charged it up and all seems fine apart from the fact that I haven't got a clue what software to use or how I use the player. All help would be much appreciated. Thanks. |
Re: Getting started with an ipod Chinese clone!
jez,
Although these players may look different and have different layouts they basically all have similar features. You can find some manuals HERE , some basic How To's are in the Knowledge Base HERE There are a heap of tools in the Download>Tools sectiion HERE and you will find almost everything else in the forums HERE |

Thanks for the links and the help!
I will let you know how I get on and post if I cannot find the answers within the website, (which is fantastic for newbies like myself!). |
