how to put video onto knc hr-852
 

can anyone help me i have a knc hr-852 mp4 player but i cant put video onto it even though it should take it

paulgracecianaaron, You need to convert your video to AMV format or MTV, SMV depending on your player. Your player should have come with a demo video, what format is it. You should also find a copy of MP3 Player Utilities on the mini CD thet came with your player, there is a video conversion tool included with that. You can also download the latest versions from the Downloads>Tools section.
