paulgracecianaaron, You need to convert your video to AMV format or MTV, SMV depending on your player. Your player should have come with a demo video, what format is it. You should also find a copy of MP3 Player Utilities on the mini CD thet came with your player, there is a video conversion tool included with that. You can also download the latest versions from the Downloads>Tools section.
