can't record

Hi everybody I'm new, just recieved my 4GB mp3 player (wilson) nano clone and already changed my firmware with the beutifull skins you have on your site!

I just have this problem when recording. it records normally until I stop it and then the player restarts (the sand-watch appears) and doesn't save me the recorded file at all...

anyone got this problem?

Re: can't record

When you record sounds and try to save it, and ended up having your player restart showing the hour-glass, high chance that your player don't have enough memory space to save the file.

It could be that your memory chip is "hacked" to show larger than the actual amount of memory space available. You need to format with the Disk Tool or HP Format Tool to reveal the real actual memory size.

It is a common symptom of hacked memory chips that once you exceed the player's real memory size, your player would restart or hang.

sprqy1,
Try this Press the Play button to start recording. To stop press and hold the Menu button till the player saves and then exits the record function. Then go to Voice to check recording.

Spawn_20240,
Your Samsung K9WAG08U1A is only 2GB which is why you are having problems over 2 GB.
