Hard error with FM
 

Greets all,

I have a MP4 player and when I try to use FM it says Hard Error. The rest works fine.

Some questions for you:

1. Has the FM function worked on your player at all? If not, then you player might not actually have an FM tuner chip inside it. A lot of the players has a seperate FM tuner chip and have the option to have FM or not. Yours may not, even though the firmware shows it.

2. If it's worked before but not now, then try FORMATTING your player (backup what you want to save beforehand) and see if that helps.

The MP4 is new so perhaps the FM isn't included...THX
