HELP
 

I've got Sigmatel MSCN MP4 Player
Firmware 3.100.101 in .dat file format (im confused about this)

I am trying to modify the bootscreen(flower style), themes, endscreen (stars style with goodbye).

I've tried the s1fwx.exe but it did not work.
I've tried the Sigmatel Extractor and EasyFW still no success.

When I try to browse the player. I have the SETTING.DAT and TIME.DAT
and also I can not upload any movie file being the file format is .SMA

Hope anyone can help me with this problem...tnx a lot

naughty664, the Sigmatel chipset is very different from the Actions chips that are standard with most of these players. Unfortunately the standard tools like s1res and s1fwx are not compatible with these players. I am not aware of any apps that are available for customizing the Sigmatel Firmware.
