Lalle,
These players have various limitations, Like you can only store up to 99 files in a single folder any thing over will not be read. Some players you can only have folders 6 levels deep. You may find your player is not able to read more than 18 folders at a time. If you have 35 folders try creating 7 folders on your player and put 5 folders of music into each folders or 2 folders with 18 in one and 17 in the other then see if you can access them all.

The fact that you say your player is 4GB may indicate it is a hacked player with a 2GB chip and the folders that you can not access are the ones that are over the 2GB mark. Sorry to say I have yet to see any proof that 4GB player really exist and heaps of proof that they do not.

The only way to know for sure is to try and format your player to remove the hack or open the player and note the serial number and maker of the memory chip (usually the largest on the board) and a Google search with the info will find you the chips true specs.

To Tadad1:

I Have formating my player by WinXp and i have used FAT32 and when i select the player after the formating it still says its a 3.98GB player. I cant format it through mp3 player disk manger cause when i do that i get "not supporting this type of disk"

but I will try the thing you told me to canhges the folders.
