How do I add music / videos ?

and the manual is rubbish, I can't get anything working. I can't upload any music. Total noob question.
Please help?

First of all you dont have a 4gb because they dont exist. As for videos/movies you have to downlaod the AMV Conversion software from the downloads section here on this site to convert your movie or videos into the AMV Format so your player can play them. Click this link http://www.mympxplayer.org/viewtopic.php?t=32 to learn how to do that after you download the software. And to put music onto your player you simply click on MYCOMPUTER and then double click on the drive that shows up as your player which mine is Frive yours may be different and then drag and drop your music files into it. Good luck!.

In easier words there is no such thing as a 4gb, you got ripped off, it is actually a 2gb. I suggest you contact the seller via email. Anyway so you plug the thing in goto my computer press removable disk G. Drag your files into there, start her up scroll through ur music press play badabing badaboom it should work and for videos listen to the other guy.

The easiest way to upload music is to plug your MPx player into your computer using the USB cable.

Windows will detect it as a removable drive (unless you're using Win98 or ME, you will need drivers).

Then just think of it as another drive and drag and drop the files over to your "removable drive".

Unfortunately as the other members have mentioned, I think you might have been conned into buying a 4GB player when it actually isn't. Sorry to break the bad news to you.
