abderrahman5555 , if you are talking about the memory size, it is 1GigaBit (128MB). The rest of the numbers are just the chip serial numbers.

antoonioo, It sounds as if you have been sold a hacked player. What is the serial number and brand name of your memory chip?

antoonioo, so it is currently working again? If so, format with the Disk Tool that came with the MP3 Utilities, and under the Partition & Encrypt tab, set the slider to minimum (left) side. And format your player again.

But it seems like your player is probably a hacked 128MB player. After you revived your player, and everything is re-installed back, most probably the software hack was removed on the memory chip during the process.

To find out, you will need to open your player and check the memory chip's numbers. The memory chip would be the biggest chip on the board.

Antoonioo, bad news, but Samsung K9K1G08U0M is a 1GigaBit (128MegaByte) chip, while Hynix HY27uf081G2M is also a 1GigaBit (128MB) memory chip.

Most likely it was a memory hack on your memory chip.

antoonioo, originally before you did anything to your player, both showed 8GB as there was a memory hack on your player.
Now after you formatted it, the real memory is shown as 128MB (minus about 19MB for player firmware), as the memory hack has been removed in the process.
Also, you have opened up your player to physically check the memory chip's serial number and by checking with Samsung & Hynix's website, the memory chips corresponds to the 128MB.

There is nothing you can do to regain the 8GB, as simply there was never 8GB in your player from the beginning, it was 128MB.
