Default Lyrics anyone?

Hya.
Wow, i just found out that these players support lyrics. How could I miss something like that when reading the manual.
But here is my problem:
I downloaded some lyrics and I named them to the EXACT name of their proper songs ( the song was "Hammerfall-Blood Bound", so I named the .lrc file "Hammerfall-Blood Bound.mp3.lrc". I added the.mp3 part becouse the manual said that you supposed to add the EXACT file name including the format of the song too)
But yet I cannot view the lyrics. I even dont get the icon on the player that tells you that the song you are playing has lyrics.
Sugestions anyone??
Thanks a bunch

P.S. I tried without the .mp3 part. Same thing.

Got the same problem i tried the following 101-red_hot_chili_peppers-dani_california.lrc
101-red_hot_chili_peppers-dani_california.mp3

I put the files in a separate folder and the root directory but they LRC icon wont change and if it where to change i have no idea what to push to see lyrics. I remember my player comming with some files in it but i never tried those out. Has anyone had any succes playing lrc files.

This problem will always arise, if the song and the lyric file using long names. (longer than xxxxxx.xxx)

In any case you should download the lyric tool and create your lrc. file yourselve. This is very simple and you can avoid timing problems!

Guys,

Try downloading this sample here :

http://www.mympxplayer.org/dload.php...ile&file_id=21

It seems to work on all my MPx players with .lrc lyric files.

I am still trying to figure out what the pattern is that this lyric file works, while others don't.

What I can suggest is perhaps:

1. The bitrate of the MP3 song. Try to make sure it's 128Kbps

2. Also save it as a ANSI format from Notepad.

If anyone can find a pattern, please share it with us all.

Hey guys thanks for the help guess it is how long the mp3 name is originally i had 101-red_hot_chili_peppers-dani_california.lrc renamed it to RHCP.lrc and it worked. So i guess the mp3 player will only recognize short names. The unwell lrc file you guys sugested also worked. Thanks

jfhb, tadad thanks for the help, I fixed the problem. Yes, indeed the player recognises the lyric if the saong and the .lrc files have small file names.
Thanks
