Default My MP3 player can't connect


Hi, my mp3 player can't connect with PC. Although i can start-up it, record or play voice recorded. It can't use as a USB. Help me.

victims, What version of Windows is on your PC? If it is Win98 you may need to install the driver manually. If Windows 2000 or XP the driver should load automatically in which case the USB cord may be faulty.

Hi, my PC use win XP. when i connect it to PC, there is no react of the windows.

You might have a bad USB cable, if your player works fine, then its probably the cable. Also check the USB port of your computer (has other device worked on that port?).

I haven't heard yet about problems with the USB connections on the players yet.
