audio problem
 

my nanoclone player has an audio problem especially when u push the next button, the voice of the artist suddenly turns low and background music suddenly turns up, is this the problem of my headset or the player, tnx

You could try using a different set of earphones, check if the same problem still persists. If the problem occurs from minimum all the way to maximum volume for every single volume setting, there are 2 possibilities:

1) the player's earphone jack has a loose/broken connect.
2) the Action ATJ processor chip has a problem, it has a built in DSP processor and is might what have caused your problem.

I've faced this problem before but it was a matter of a broken connection at the earphone jack to the mainboard, a little soldering fixed it.
