AMV Convert problem [Solved]
 

I just bought a nano clone and have installed AMV convert version 3.75 my porblem is that I can view avi files in the preview but when I try to convert it I got no video just audio. I can only convert Mpeg files. Any idea what could be wrong. I've downloaded and installed the latest DIVX codec and also SLD codecs still having problem. Tried installing AMV convert 4.0 and 3.68 still the same problem. Anyone can help? I'm currently using Windows XP sp2 with DirectX 9.0c and Window Media Player 10.

its most likely a problem with your avi file, sometimes the AMV converter can't convert AVI files that have special encodings.

You can try and uninstall the video/audio codecs and reinstall them, i would recommend getting one of the mega pack codec, that have all the main audio/video codecs.

Try downloading and installing the "K-Lite Mega Codec Pack" from here.

Hey thanks for the help it work! After installing the K-lite codec the amv convert program can convert avi files! Thanks again!
