MP4 player freezing

hi
i bought the mp4 because i needed somehting to record voices (lectures) as well as play music. unfortunately, everything seems to work EXCEPT the voice recorder. If i chose recorder, the player shows "initializing" and then freezes... what can i do to resolve this?

If it's still under warranty, contact the seller for a replacement. It is probably a firmware issue.

Else, you could try downloading your current firmware from your player using the S1fwx tool, repair it, then re-flash your player with the repaired firmware file using the Upgrade Tool.
