2 Problems with E-Bay MP4 Player

my english isn´t the best but i´ll try it

i´ve got two problems with a player like this one:

1. i cant choise the menu FM to hear radio. when i try to get in the fm menu it jumps over to the next menu point. what should i do ?

2. the player isn´t able to read the names of the folders. for example i´ve upped a folder called "Madsen" with the track "die perfektion" the player showes only "M D" in the display. the first letter of the folder and the first one of the track. is that normaly ?

mp4ebayplayer, Your player may not have the function and no radio chip or if it has the chip may be faulty. You should contact your seller and check.
I am not sure about the naming problem, I have one player that will only show the old dos shortname like the forlder Underwater Sunlight will become UNDERW~1 but I would say it is not normal to get just the first letter displayed.

I know the problem with the players from ebay-sellers like etop, ylanx and whatever.
These are the low-budget versions of the nano clones. They have FW 3.5.35 and some features disabled, like FM, Tel.book and often have only one or two games. You cant re-enable things like the FM on them, because there are hardware parts missing...

P.S.: I'm going to sell my white 2gb nano clone soon. It has FW 3.5.37 with File Browsing, FM, Tel.book and four games.
I'm from germany (düsseldorf). So if you want to buy it, then tell me before i put it on ebay.
It ist as good as new.
