S1fwx "No Devices Found"

Hey

I have a probelm while trying to extract my player firmware. I start the program (s1fwx) and press enter. All i get is a message "No devices found." The cable is connected properly. The device shows in My Computer. The MP3 Update Utility (4.00) detects it fine. Has anyone else had this problem?.

Herer is my player info.

jay, You need to be running Xp or Win 2000 the tool does not work on 98, 98SE or Me.
If you are logged on to your PC on a limited user account you may need to log with Administrator rights.
