mp4 firmware

ive an mp4 player with a 1.8" screen and two speakers windows recognises it as a linkwin mvs player but i noticed sunplus come up on first boot i lost the icons on the display for some reason, it still boots up but i need to
1 identify the proper firmware to reinstall
2 how to do a reinstall
if any one can help many thanks

peplow38, Information or utilities for players that use the Sunplus chipset are hard to find. We did have a member post regarding the same problem but I do not think he found a solution.
