Laurence, Judging from the file names it is an install of MP3 Player Utilities and it is having trouble reading the msi.cab file. Try copying the whole install folder to your PC and remove any symbols that may be in the folder names like small rectangles that appear when Chinese text is used and you do not have the font installed. The install routine can't read these symbols so will not locate the files it needs. Then try an install .

Thanks tadad1 you found the answer and solved the problem, the folder had a small square instead of an underscore after mp3 and when I renamed it the install completed but the folder was of no use anyhow as the player utilities 3.68.msi was an upgrade of it and I wasted my time and yours trying to find the folder now I can get on doing things with my player, Laurence
