MP3 player disk tools download?
 

I was recently dooped by the crooks and need to find out what the real memory is on this thing. does anyone know where i can download MP3 player disk tools?

You can download the MP3 Utilities 3.68, after installing there would be a Disk Tool in it. Use low level format, and set the Partition and Encrypt tab slider to minimum (left side).

Or you can download the HP Format Tool and do a format on your player.

which tools u want to dowlaod, i mean whats their roles?

I suspect i have been sold a 128 when it says 8GB, so i want to find out whats really in this thing. I just paid for a premium membership to download those two tools. After using HP it still says 8GB and the MP3 tool is in chinese, did i just get ripped off again? it's been a rough day

mvpimports, The quickest way to find out for sure is to pop the back of your player and check the serial number on your largest chip against this list of Samsung and Hynix chips HERE
