I do not seem to be able to watch music video's on it

I was just wondering if anyone else was having the cyme problems as me. I've got a pink mp3/mp4 player (looks like nano clone) but i do not seem to be able to watch music video's on it. If anyone has any suggestions to ha this may be the case please reply. Many Thanks.

Please explain in more detail what is happenning when you try to play a video.
What format are the videos you are trying to watch?

Have you tried downloading the SAMPLE VIDEOS from our site and then playing them on your player to see what happens?

You can access them from [Download] --> [Samples] --> [Sample Videos] section on the left hand side menu bar.

Try those and let us know of the result.
