ZiggyFlavel, Your player should not be getting hot. Does this happen when you use it or when you charge it?
If it is getting hot and you are having battery problems you may have a faulty connection which is draining your battery. This could also be causing your player to get hot. If this is so this could definatly be shortening the life of your battery and your player. I suggest you inspect the point where the battery is soldered to the mainboard and make sure it is a clean join and the solder from the black and red wires is not merging. If need be take a small sharp object and gently scape away any solder so that the 2 joins are completely separated. |
HymenBuster, It's a bit like asking how long is a piece of string. It depends on the size of the battery and how much power is left in the battery. I would suggest around an hour per 100mAh so from flat to full I would guess it would take between 4 and 5 hours to fully charge your battery. I have players that never stop displaying the animated battery icon while connected.

Re: Recharging Mp3 players.
When i recharge my player it's really cold cause my room is always cold and humid. Also when i play music it starts to get hot. When i play music on the intergrated speakers it gets really hot.
Also it takes 7 hours for my mp3 player to charge. I mostly use my charger. |
