gam3r, Try some new headphones the ones that ship with the players are crap and oftern faulty.
Other than that, with the fact that you are also having problems with the sound in your video you may have a faulty player so get on to the dealer and inform him of your problem if the player is new.

If you have been ripped off with a hacked player by a seller submit a report to www.ic3.gov

gam3r , most definitely is a loose/broken solder connecting the audio socket to the mainboard.

Either you contact your seller to get it replaced, or you can attempt to solder it back yourself. Open the back of the player and you will see 5 connections on the audio socket that are soldered to the mainboard. You will need to physically check (maybe with the aid of a magnifying glass) for any broken solder, some may appear good condition, but might have fine cracks. Then just solder the broken connection back.

If you're not comfortable with soldering, get someone good in it to do it for you or go to some mobile phone or electronics repair shops to do it.

Why are clones called MP4 Players, when they don`t play .MP4 at all?
It`s like an MP3 Player which plays Music CDs only.

T39 doesn''t sound as good as my T29
