Question about Firmware

Hi!

I fighting with my dead player almost 3 months. It's really hard find this FW so I think why can I same create firmware to my player. I don't find anything without this topic in internet so I ask here

If I can create FW, what program do that?? :P

lemme see a picture of ur plyr. and maybe tell me all the buttons on it and the screensize
