Default Windows can`t detect my player


I conect my mp3mp4 player in pc but windows xp SP2 cant detect new hardware =((( i instal driver mp3mp4 player utilits 4.04 and when i press
Mp3 player disc manager i get error

Razvodky, There are a few things you can try to find where the problem is occuring:

Connect to a different USB Hub on your PC.

Your players connection usb cable may be faulty try another.

If you have access to another PC see if your player connects to that one.

I install windows xp sp2 yestarday, before i got windows xp without any serviece packs, so he can see new hardware, but i cant instal driver, windows says me "cant instal this driver for device" -(

I also try connect him in laptop, but laptop cant detect to.

All usb works fine and cable not broken i try connect in all 4 usb ports but get the same truble

Razvodky, Right click on My Computer and select properties, Hardware tab, Driver Signing and make sure it is set to Ignore and Make this action the system default.

Then try connecting your player.

But this windows sp2 cant datact any hardware -(

If it is a problem with the autoplay service this autofix.exe by Microsoft may fix the problem
