Songs doenot play in my MP4 player
 

I got a 1GB MP4 player mostly made in China with name Sony(not the original). All was well till recently. But for the past 15 days, any MP3 songs copied on to the device is not playing. I tried copying the songs into a folder and tried but the player tries to play but then the player restarts. I tried in different PCs but no help.

Can somebody help me.

srinathtk , you may have a player with hacked memory. You need to format your player using the TestDisk, MP3 Utilities Disk Tool or the HP Format Tool. These are downloadable from the downloads section.
