Hi,

I have try to format the unit yesterday and it is ok, I had 1.98 Gb space.
But I tryed this morning and now the space is 108 Mb!!!
And another problem: before formatting on "my computer" I had two drives for thre player, but now only one.

wizard83,
I suspect you have a hacked player with only128MB memory chip. Formating the player has removed the hack and your chip is now reading it's correct size.
To verify your memory chips true size you will need to open the player and check the serial number of the chip against THIS list of Samsung and Hynix chips.

Quite often hacked chips will appear as 2 drives.

If you look through the forums you will find many posts from other people who have had hacked players.

It`s like an MP3 Player which plays Music CDs only.

I don't have any program with the player. The leader of the company I work for gives me the players. Sometimes he goes in China and take a lot of players, I think he doesn't know that they're fake...

wizard83, if that's the case, then you can't really do much. Afterall, it's a free player given to you. But your player's memory is most likely 128MB.
What program did you use to format your player? If it was the MP3 Utilities Disk Tool from the downloads section, then go to the Partition & Encrypt tab, slide the slider to maximum (right), then format it. After that, slide the slider to minimum (left), and format it again. This should remove the 2nd drive that is appearing in your computer.

Yes I format with MP3 Utilities Disk Tool from the downloads section, but the second drives appear after format and in fact not before.
I think I'm lucky because the leader of my company gives me two players to try and if I like them I pay him 60€ per player.

But I think Monday I will give them back!!!
