MP4 digital player firmware update not posible

Hi my problem is if i want to make a firmware update, there comes a box with divice not found, at the explorer i find one drive, because there is nothing inside there is only the message do you want to format, what can i do now

jcruser , it would be adviseable not to do any firmware updates on your player. It will most definitely kill your player.

yes it´s my problem, i have new firmware and now i have this problem what can i do NOTHING?
