Default E-Book Function - Missing lines (with pics)

The text on my E-book function is clear and pretty easy to read, but there are two major annoyances. The first is that the first two lines of every page are more close together than the others, and when I scroll through every couple of pages, the last 2 or 3 lines are entirely missing. So far I haven't seen anything about this posted in the forum, and I wanted to know if it had a fix. Is anyone else having this problem, and if so, have you found a solution? Thanks.

Oh, here are two pictures to show what I'm talking about:

No sorry silent-type... I haven't been able to fix it. I think it's just a bug in the firmware that we can't do anything about, which is disappointing. Since then I've gotten a new mp4 without this problem, so guess it was just the firmware of the other player.
