My MP4 player can't switch on

Hello, someone help. I have a 1 GB 1.8" player (looks like a game player). Last night, when I was in a menu/settings mode, it was accidentally switched off. Now when I turn it on, it stays frozen with "hourglass" showing. It just refuses to go beyond this. PLEASE HELP! Thanks...

easylim , can it be detected by the MP3 Utilities Upgrade Tool? If so, use S1fwx to extract, repair your player firmware dump, then re-flash it using the Upgrade Tool and see if the problem persists.
You might also want to format your player with the MP3 Utilities Disk Tool or HP Format Tool.
