songs duplicate and only 25 songs play
 

hello everybody!

I'm a new members! I bought my Sony digital audio player 4gb. Now when i copy mp3 music to it, the songs duplicate itself, and when i turn on it, that only 25 song can play. its firmware is sc85051E. I upgraded its firmware but its stayed at that!
Help me with this problem!

I would recommend that you format your player first. Make sure you backup what you need firstly.

The symptoms you mentioned sounds like the there might be problem with the flash memory or the memory chip has been hacked.

Can you give some tutorials to make it work?

one infor i want to talk, in a last time, my mp3 pluged in to computer, it only show one removable disk but now it show to me two removable disk. on disk about 3.95 gb but another disk about 1 mb

cardinalbirdm, Go to your player settings and make sure Online Mode is set to Normal Only this should remove the second drive.
