As i red to an admin's post, it's seems that i can't set the sleep mode if i don't set the clock first.
Indeed the sleep mode doesn't work so my player's screen stay permanently highlighted while i'm listening music, wich is draining my battery off faster.
When i set the sleep mode (to 10 for example) nothing happens after 10 sec, so i turn off my player (without using the on/off button) and turn on: the sleep mode is reset to 0 again.

The off time mode works perfectly, even when i setup this off time and i turn off my player, it stay at the same delay that i've set.

Any ideas??

ZooL , on my nano-clone, i'll enter the clock menu. Next, by pressing the Play button it'll highlight the indivdual year/month/date/time. And by pressing the forward/backward buttons, it'll increase/decrease the setting.
Not many people uses the clock function anyway, I personally don't. As the time is not very accurate. Also, when your battery goes flat (very often it does), the time resets.

It`s like an MP3 Player which plays Music CDs only.

But i've understood there's a correlation between setup the clock and setup sleep mode (wich is still not working):

ZooL , i'm not very sure about that relation between the sleep time and clock. But generally, for my player, as long as the sleep time is set to 0, the player won't turn off even if the clock was reset or running as normal.

ZooL , Sleep time is the idle time delay before your player turns off.

The screen being lighted is not the sleep time. You would need to go to:
LCD Set >> Darkle
Here you can set the amount of idle time in seconds before the screen blacks out, but not turning it off.

Problem solved!!

i've setup: LCD Set >> Darkle to 5, and then to 10 : nothing's happens,

But,

when i set the Lcd screen "Darkle" and "Black" options up to the same delay (5 or 10) it's works!!

Thanks a lot!
