sound jumping during the visualization

First... forgives for my English
Second… I bought one chinapod of 4gb, fw 3.5.35 but when I convert the videos using the AMV Convert Tool 4.00 the sound jumping during the visualization in mp4…
I got some samples of the site and the sound is normal...
the error happens only in the archives that I convert..

somebody knows as to help me?

Hi Goga2005, you probably have a converter setting that gives problems due to too large bitrate or fps. Check this topic for the right settings:

goga2005 , also, you might want to format your player with the MP3 Utilities Disk Tool, select "LOW" level format and in the Partition & Encrypt tab, slide the slider all the way to the left (min) and click format. Currently, these players only support a maximum of 2GB on an Actions ATJ chipset.
