plz help me i have iriver pmp 120 when i connect it it showing boot failure

i look for it on iriver .com i didnt find modle not matched

beshox , i've never owned an iriver before, so i'm not sure of the problem. i guess it is best to contact the iriver support at iriver.com to solve your problem.
