Default Trying to upgrade firmware- reoccuring message

i curruntly have firmware version 3.5.35 and i am trying to upgrade to 3.5.37 so that i can change my theme. However when i open MP3 Player Upgrade Tool is comes with a message Dervice Swich Failed, reconet device please!

I have tryed everything
If anyone can help me out please make a post

mucked around further with it, finally fluked it

solved!!!!
