Default Did firmware update, now can't put new files = "no file

I need Help!

I just made a Firmware update on my MP4 Player, and now I can neither delete files nor put new files with music or videos on it, if I try, it shows "no files".

Maybe anyone could help me, please?

Katjuscha, Connect your player to your PC and using the MP3 Disk Tool (part of MP3 Player Utilities) then go to the partition encrypt tab and move the slider to the right then back to the left then press the start button. This should fix the problem.
