ACE A038 Firmware Problem
 

I've got ACE a038...one time it kept on being disconnected from my pc and some sort of VOIP problem was indicated in the message and recommends upgrade...hen I remove it from USB then connect again it will work fine and then after sometime the cyme msg appears again...

I tried downloading a firmware from this cite which is supposed to be an upgrade of the existing firmware...after I used it to upgrade the firmware, the unit just blacked out...hen I durn it on the screen lights up to blue then blinks on and off...but only blue screen...

kneed help...

rcgarrido , do you have a backup of your original firmware? If so, use it to flash back into your player.
If not, you will need to try every firmware dump in the downloads section for your screen size until you get the right one.
