Default 8GB mp4 player

My player has 400 music videos loaded equaling 4.3GB, but when I play them, I only show 62 music videos. After I transferred these videos, I saw that all of them had indeed been transfered, but they disappear when you check through the my computer option. All I see is the 62 videos. The player shows that 4.3GB is used out of 8GB. Where did all those files go to?

Can anyone help. I have tried loading it twice after formatting the player.

alf1989, As these players are only able to support a max 2GB of nand flash memory at present anything over 2Gb is a hacked memory chip. If you want to remove the hack and find your players true memory size use the MP3 Disk Tool which is part of MP3 Player utilities and go to the Partition Encrypt tab and move the slider all the way to the right and then back to the left and press start. This will rebuild the players partition removing the hack and your player will now show it's true size.

You will find several versions of MP3 layer Utilities in the Download section.
