I just recieved my mx720 and i do not know how to set it up. the player will not allow me to add more than a few songs and it does not always download them fully. i need help setting it up. any info?

What size screen does it have?
What size memory?
How are you trying to load files at the moment?
Are you getting any error messages when you try to load files?
