Jump to folder
 

Hello,

I have a white mp4 nano clone with a lot of music on it. Because of that, I sorted it on alphabet in several folders (a A-D folder, a D-M folder, etc). But when I use the Local Folder function and select a folder, it always goes to the root map. Isn't it possible to jump to a folder with that or am i doing something wrong?

KjellB , on my nano-clone, to select other folders to play, first you need to set the playing mode to Normal.
Next, browse to the folder that you want, and press the Play/Pause button to select the folder. By pressing this, you would automatically exit the folder browsing and go back to the music playing program, and the player would start playing the songs in the that selected folder.

Try it out and see if it helps.

Yay, it works :) Thanks. Now I have another question. Is it possible to select a song from a list (like the list that you see when you want to delete a file)?

KjellB, Some players or at least their firmware have the ability to browse for files as well as folders but sadly most do not. If you select a folder and then press the menu button and get a blank menu page and then the menu exits then your player does not support file browsing.
