Default ERROR When Connecting Mp4 Player to USB!!!


How do i add music I just got my I - platinum junior Looks amazing but how do i add songs it detects it but doesnt show up on my computer.. please Help!! I get an ERROR on the left pops up and nothing happens.. PLEASE help

did the mp3 player come with a cd? if so put in the cd and install the drivers after that it should work fine. if not google for mp3 player drivers and see what you find

Windows XP Pro SP2, and
Firmware version lsd_91002_b_13 2006-10-25 9.0.48 2005-01-09
and everything works.. i mean i tested the music, video and all that stuff 1 of each was included for testing i assume.. and they work

Yamcha, Sometimes the USB cables that ship with these players can be faulty and cause connection problems. Try another cord.

I tried another cord same issue, I've googled around and well considering the feedback I got from ppl it could be due to my motherboard BUT I will know for sure tonight I'll try on two different machines and see.. but if anyone has any other ideas plz let me know thx!

Doesnt Work Very VERY :evil: disappointed and angry, I really just want me refund .. and Im worried i'll run into trouble trying to get one .. lets hope all goes well
