Default MP4 player corrupted/undreadable

Basically I think I messed up my nano mp4 player by putting more than 99 files in a folder. I'm trying to delete the files/folder but it wont let me. It says the file is corrupted/unreadable. And thats even if the folders show themselves. I could see them half hour ago, but now, when i go onto the drive its blank, no folders show and if i go to its properties it says 0 bytes free space, 0 bytes used space!

Any help would be much appreciated!

It`s like an MP3 Player which plays Music CDs only.
